Sizing advice plus a referral to a third-party installer is real legal exposure, and this is the page that governs it. It is written honestly and in plain English, but it is not legal advice and it has not been settled by a Nigerian lawyer.
We calculate what size of solar system your listed appliances need, and we sell an engineering design that an electrician can build from.
We sell nothing else. We do not sell panels, batteries, inverters or installation, and we take no commission on hardware. That is the point of the product, and it is also why our number has no reason to be inflated.
It is an engineering design prepared from what you told us. Its accuracy depends entirely on the accuracy of your appliance list and your hours.
It is not a site survey. Nobody has visited your building. Shading, roof condition, roof strength, cable routes, the state of your existing wiring and your earthing all change a design and none of them can be known from a form.
It is not a certificate, an approval or a guarantee of performance. Actual output varies with weather, soiling, shading, temperature, installation quality and how you actually use the system.
It must be checked by a qualified electrician before it is built, and installed by one. Every design says so on its face.
Where we name an installer, we are telling you who we believe is competent and available in your state. They are an independent business. We do not employ them, we do not supervise their work, and your contract for the installation is with them and not with us.
If their work is defective, your claim is against them. We will help you establish what the design actually said, because that is usually the argument.
If the report does not open, or does not match what you entered, tell us and we refund it. That is a promise about our product working, not an opinion about your building.
We take responsibility for our design being what we said it was: calculated correctly from your inputs, by the method we publish, and reproducible.
We are not liable for loss arising from inputs that were wrong, from a survey nobody did, from equipment we did not supply, or from installation we did not carry out. Nothing here removes any liability that Nigerian law does not allow us to remove.
